What do I need to wear?

To start, comfortable exercise clothes. Make sure you have no sharp or hard items (e.g. keys in your pockets or belt buckles). Take off watches, necklaces, etc., but you can keep your glasses! We train barefoot, but "grippy" socks are acceptable if you need to.

Do I need to bring anything?

Yourself, some enthusiasm, and a water bottle.

What do I need to do before class?

If this is your first lesson, you'll need to fill in the insurance form. Your first month of insurance is free, and after that it is £60 per year for full adults (concessions available).

Is there an age limit?

We take students from age 14+. There is no upper age limit - just take it at your own pace!

I have an injury, can I join the class?

It depends what the injury is, of course. If you can do general exercise you're probably fine, but if you want to discuss your particular case please get in touch.
