Find out how shoulders get injured in CrossFit and what you can do about it!

About this Event

The shoulders have a tough job to do in CrossFit, they need to be stable, strong and mobile...often all at the same time. They are the most common injury site for CrossFitters of all abilities, but they don't have to be....

In this workshop we will cover:

  • Why the shoulder goes wrong in CrossFit and what you can do to minimise your risk
  • Soulder mobility - how to screen your shoulders to see if you have enough mobility, and what to do if you haven't
  • Simple exercises you can add in to your CrossFit routine to maximise both your shoulder performance and health

This workshop will be a mix of theory and practical. It won't be a workout, but you will need your gym kit.
