G Live: London Rd, Guildford GU1 2AA

G Live is located in the vibrant town centre of Guildford, Surrey. In the Guildford town centre you will find plenty of cafes and restaurants, several shopping centres and the medieval Guildford Castle, all in walking distance of G Live.

Kids Provision

Shout Conference has a full kids programme available for children aged 18 months - 14 years.

Spark kids: Ages 18 months & walking - 4 years

Boom kids: Ages 5-9 years

Ignite kids: Ages 10-14 years (Note: Children aged 10 -14 can also attend “The Wild” youth sessions with an Ignite Ticket)

Youth - The Wild

Youth aged 15-17 should purchase "The Wild" tickets. This includes access to “The Wild” youth sessions (afternoons), plus access to all the main sessions (morning & evening).

Translations

Translations will be provided in German & Italian throughout the conference.

FAQs

CAN I SHARE A WRISTBAND WITH A FRIEND? - No sorry, a wristband can only be used by one person across conference.

CAN I CANCEL OR TRANSFER MY SHOUT CONFERENCE REGISTRATION? - Yes, we are able to refund your ticket up to 30 days prior to the event. The refund excludes the booking fee. Equippers will not be able to issue a refund after the 30 days period, however you are able to transfer your ticket. If you would like to transfer your ticket, please email us at orders@equippers.co.uk with the details of the person you wish to transfer your registration to.

IS FOOD INCLUDED? - No, sorry food and refreshments are not included in the ticket cost, however there are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance of the theatre.

Please note: When purchasing a ticket for this event, you are confirming that you are committing to attend this event. If you are not able to attend this event due to an unforeseeable circumstance, Equippers Church will be able to issue a refund up to 30 days prior to the event. Please note that the refund excludes the booking fee. If a refund is requested after the 30 days please understand that Equippers will NOT be able to issue a refund. If you are unable to attend the event you are able to pass your ticket(s) on to someone else.
