We invite you to join us for Shout Leadership Summit. This is in opportunity for pastors & leaders across Europe to come together for a time of connection and inspiration before we run into Shout Conference Europe.

Who is Shout Leadership Summit for?
Shout Leadership Summit is for pastors and their team leaders, such as those who oversee the Kids team, Youth team, Creative team, and so on.
Date & Time
Tuesday 26th July: Dinner
This event will start with a dinner on the Tuesday evening.

Wednesday 27th July: Shout Leadership Summit
Shout Leadership Summit Sessions will start on Wednesday Morning - Wednesday afternoon. Lunch, coffee and refreshments will be provided.

Venue
The Shout Leadership Summit will take place at the Double-Tree by Hilton Woking.
The Double-Tree Hotel is situated in Woking’s bustling town centre. The theatre shares a building with two cinemas and is located next to the large Peacocks shopping centre. Woking town centre is surrounded by a number of hotels, cafes, restaurants, shops and recreational facilities all in walking distance.
Kids Provision
Unfortunately we are unable to provide kids provision during Shout Leadership Summit.
Translations
Translations will be provided in German & Italian throughout the conference. Your own headphones will be required.

Travelling by Plane
London Heathrow & Gatwick Airports
We will be running a free shuttle service for the Summit from London Gatwick & London Heathrow airports. Shuttles will run every few hours and must be booked ahead of time.
Tuesday 26th July: from Gatwick (9am-9pm) & Heathrow (9am-10pm)
Saturday 30th July: from Woking Town Centre to Gatwick (6am-5pm) & Heathrow (6am-6pm)

Other London Airports
If you’re flying to other London airports such as Stansted, we recommend getting the train from the airport to Woking station (via London). Tickets available here
Travelling By Train
Woking Station is approximately a 5 minute walk from the theatre and town centre.
Travelling by Car
Parking is available at the Hilton Hotel at a rate of £5 for those attending the summit.
FAQs
CAN I REGISTER AT THE CONFERENCE? - Sorry due to catering purposes, we cannot accept registrations on the day.
IS FOOD INCLUDED? - Yes your summit ticket includes lunch and coffee on Wednesday. If you are booking a summit + dinner ticket, this also includes dinner on Tuesday night.
CAN I CANCEL OR TRANSFER MY SHOUT LEADERSHIP SUMMIT REGISTRATION? - Refunds are available up 30 days before the event. If you would like to transfer your ticket, please email us at orders@equippers.co.uk with the details of the person you wish to transfer your registration to.
Covid-19
Following the Government’s announcement on “Living With Covid-19”, we want to outline our understanding of what this looks like for our church events, so that we continue to look out for each other and keep each other safe.
While the legal requirement to self-isolate has ended, we suggest that if you test positive or display any symptoms of COVID-19 that you do not attend this event in-person.
Close contacts of those who have tested positive or are symptomatic are advised to take extra care in following the general advice for the public on safer behaviours.
We continue to sanitise all high-touch areas, and encourage attendees to make use of the hand sanitisation stations available at various points in our venues.
Social distancing continues to be a personal choice. Anyone who would like to social distance is able to collect a red sticker from a host and place it on the seat next to them to indicate that they would like some extra space.
The wearing of a face covering is also a personal choice. We encourage anyone wishing to wear one to do so.
Finally. we encourage everyone to exercise personal hygiene behaviours such as washing hands, using hand sanitiser, avoiding touching your eyes, nose and mouth, and covering your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze.
Please note: When purchasing a ticket for this event, you are confirming that you are committing to attend this event. If you are not able to attend this event due to an unforeseeable circumstance, Equippers Church will be able to issue a refund up to 30 days prior to the event. Please note that the refund excludes the booking fee. If a refund is requested after the 30 days please understand that Equippers will NOT be able to issue a refund. If you are unable to attend the event you are able to pass your ticket(s) on to someone else. If you decide to pass your ticket(s) on, please contact us at orders@equippers.co.uk and let us know the name of the person(s) taking your ticket(s).
