During this 60minute workshop you will:
- do a self assessment of your impact practice
- understand the elements to create a Theory of Change (ToC) for your business
- identify the key outcomes that your work intends to create with/for your client
- understand the steps needed to get clear evidence of your impact
- receive an invitation to our 2025 Impact Showcase event (in person)

I'm Shehnaaz Latif, your facilitator bringing 21 years of expertise in impact practice including theory of change making, monitoring and evaluation and gathering social proof through quantitative and qualitative research.
