Shrewsbury Jelly Co-working day, April 2017
Thu 13 April 2017, 12:00 – 17:00 BST
Shrewsbury Jelly this month at The Alb, a friendly and slightly quirky place. Plug into the Wi-Fi and work alongside other friendly faces in a relaxed atmosphere, downstairs in the Snug (room off to the right of the bar).
Start is 12:00, which is a bonus as it means you can get those essential jobs done, finish your morning meetings and phone calls, and have a quick coffee at the close-by and most excellent Shrewsbury Coffee House (http://shrewsburycoffeehouse.co.uk) before coming along for lunch and a productive afternoon.
The cost? Well it's all free! So what are you waiting for? :-)
Any questions, just contact me.
What is a Jelly?
A Jelly is a casual co-working event. It is the antidote to business and social isolation for home workers, freelancers and self-employed people. We also welcome those thinking about starting up and might need some advice, or use it as a research day. Come along and work with other like-minded people for a day.
We don't charge and there is free WIFI but we do encourage you to purchase lunch and refreshments to say thank you to the venue for giving us a space.
Jelly is not networking! It is a mixture of work, chat, sharing ideas, meeting new people, helping others, passing on tips etc. It's also free, so what's not to like?! Come along and give it a try!
Follow @shropshirejelly on twitter for the latest news and information.

The Alb, located near the main train station right by the River Severn:
14 Smithfield Road
Parking and Transport
The Alb is right next to the bus station and a 2 min walk from Shrewsbury train station.
Bike is best!
There is no on-site no at the venue, it being in the middle of town. Options include the Frankwell car-park - just over the river and only a short walk - or the Raven Meadows multi-story just the other side of the bus station.
Even better, use the Park & Ride; cheap and they all have stops very close by.
The venue doesn't charge to host us or for the WiFi use. So in the spirit of Jelly we encourage you to purchase lunch and refreshments from them to say thank you.
