Very sorry but no fire pits or dogs allowed! BBQ’s are allowed, but please keep them off the ground and ensure they are fully out before leaving them.

For ShyneFest2020 we are very excited to be teaming up with Camel Camp to offer you an amazing glamping experience.

In this, their first year with us, Camel Camp are generously offering a 25% reduction in their usual fees.

You may have come across Camel Camp at other festivals such as Beacon Fest, Faeryfields, Barefoot, Wickham, Weyfest, The Secret Widget Festival and Todd in the Hole Festival

They have 2, 4, & 6 person canvas tents available, either traditional Bell tents or the elegant Touareg tents, in the style of the Nomadic tribes of North Africa.

Camel Camp build lovely camps at all kinds of events, complete with a reception tent and central meeting, seating and shade areas.

The tents come already for you in two specs: CLASSIC or SULTANS CHOICE.

CLASSIC comes equipped with floor rugs, door mats, airbeds, and solar light.

SULTANS CHOICE comes as above plus full bedding package (sheets, 13.5 tog duvets, pillows etc.) camp chairs, side tables, tea light lanterns, bunting, and welcome pack.

All tents are top quality canvas and unlike modern tents, they keep refreshingly cool on a hot summer day. They are all spacious with good ventilation and built in ground sheets.

They provide tea, coffee and cereal every morning at most camps.

Camel Camp means, no pitching in the wind and rain, no carrying your camping gear miles across the festival. They will be ready, located in a premium position, just waiting for you.

You can book directly here!

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

There is no minimum age to enter.

This is a ticket only event and you will need to show these to be scanned in for entry to the festival arena and to pitch your tent.

There will be alcohol being served, so if you are lucky enough to look under 25, make sure you bring along ID.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is ample free parking at the event which is very close to Hampton Court and the M25.

Walton-on-Thames Railway Station is 3.1 miles from the venue and 30 minutes from Waterloo London Station.

Or link up with fellow ShyneFesters to organise lift shares on our ShyneFest Chat Group: www.facebook.com/groups/shynefest/

What are my food and drink options?

There will be food and drink stalls serving from 5pm on Friday through to Saturday night, charging reasonable, not silly festival prices!

Bringing food and drink into the festival site will not be allowed, however you can of course have food and drink in your camping area. There will be free drinking water available in the camping area.

If you are glamping with Camel Camp, there will be a refreshment area on Saturday and Sunday morning offering complementary tea, coffee and cereals.

We encourage you to support the future of ShyneFest by buying your food & drink on-site!

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

You can contact us at shynefest@email.com

For all band related enquiries, please contact Ciaron at ciaronsykes@hotmail.co.uk

Ticket Prices

We aim keep our ticket prices as low as possible to be able to throw you all a great festival and all of the ticket cost goes back into ShyneFest.

Tickets are on sale now so we can start the ball rolling with booking stages, marquees, bands etc. By booking your tickets early you don’t just save money, you also help us ensure that ShyneFest is the best independent family festival around. Tickets will be available on the day, but they will cost more than booking in advance.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, please bring your printed ticket, or show it on your mobile app, to be scanned on entry. You will be given a wristband if you need re-entry.

What are the toilet and shower facilities?

Toilets and accessible toilets will be on site.

There will also be a new toilet and shower block very close to the camping area for your use.
