The Signature Drink Sling is finally coming to the UAE!

After packed-out events in London and Rotterdam, this creative drink competition lands in Dubai for the very first time — and we’re calling on all baristas, mixologists and coffee creatives to show us what they’ve got.

Think your signature drink has what it takes to impress both the industry and the home crowd? Ready to sling something bold, original and dairy-free? Then it’s time to step up.

What to expect

A fast-paced, high-energy evening where ten competitors will each have five minutes to present their signature drink to both a professional jury and the audience. Drinks will be judged on flavour, creativity, presentation and practicality — because the best drinks don’t just taste amazing, they work behind a bar.

The rules

• No alcohol in your drink
• Must include at least one Oatly product and one Roasteria coffee element
• Must be realistic to serve in a café setting
• Presentation counts — we drink with our eyes first
• Bring 2 glasses (one for the judges, one for the crowd)
• Prepare 1 litre of your drink in a jug for audience tasting

The finale

Two winners — one chosen by the judges, one by the audience — will face off in a 15-minute mystery ingredients round.
The final winner will be crowned as the first-ever UAE Signature Drink Sling Champion.
