All Welcome: Whether you are curious about therapeutic gardening, want to support your community, or enjoy a good harvest celebration, we would love to meet you!
All proceeds support SIG Penrose Roots' continuing work across Luton and Bedfordshire.

Unfortunately, no. Due to insurance, we can only accept people aged 18+ at the Roots to Recovery site.
Yes, entry to our Harvest Festival is completely free. We welcome donations, with all proceeds supporting our community garden and recovery services.
Our garden site has limited accessible pathways and facilities. Please contact us in advance if you have specific accessibility needs so we can ensure you have the best possible experience.
We have covered areas and indoor spaces available. Our Harvest Festival will go ahead rain or shine - after all, we are gardeners who love being outdoors in all weather!
There is no parking on-site, only on nearby residential streets. We encourage walking, cycling, or using public transport where possible. The garden is accessible by bus and is a short walk from local residential areas.
Our team will be available throughout the event to answer questions about our services. You can also visit our information displays or speak with current members who will be happy to share their experiences.
Many of our members will be present and are happy to share their experiences. Please be respectful and remember that some people may prefer not to discuss personal details.
We would love additional support! Please email us at fundraising@socialinterestgroup.org.uk if you would like to help on the day by volunteering or donating.
