The Department for Communities have been continuing to develop the Sign Langauge Framework to ensure it continues to meet the needs of sign language users in an ever changing society BUT they need your help! The refreshed framework needs your input to achieve co-design and fully understand the needs of all stakeholders.

The Sign Language Network is funded by Department for Communities and hosted by the Centre for Translation and Interpreting.

Frequently asked questions

What languages will be used?

The short presentation will be in English, interpreted into BSL. Discussion groups will be in BSL or English and BSL/English interpreters will be available throughout. Please email s.gillespie@qub.ac.uk if you would like to access the event in ISL.
