Signposting Support Network (for all FHN Members):

This interactive forum will provide a space for any Family Hub Network members to seek support to aid effective signposting.

Facilitated by one of our Lead Partnership Practitioners with support from our Community Coordinators and Information Outreach Officers, the agenda will be set by members in attendance.

Sessions will include:

• Opportunities to ask for help to get the information you need to support specific children, young people or families you are working with (on an anonymous basis).
• Input on specific seasonal themes that will provide information to support children, young people and families e.g. school admissions essentials, starting reception, moving up to secondary school, exam stress support, school holiday support
• Opportunities to share your skills, knowledge and experience with other professionals to raise awareness of your own service offer
