There will be guided meditations, teachings with prolonged silence to assist in relaxation and reflection.

There are single rooms with ensuite and larger rooms to share. Please book early to book a single en-suite. We have double ensuite rooms for couples or friends who wish to share.

These long meditation retreats Suryacitta leads are also suitable for teachers of mindfulness to both deepen their practice and their teaching skills.
