Every Thu Evening: "Meditate well. Be well at Jamyang" Try our relaxing evening Silent Meditation to release stress & think positively.
CLASS FORMAT

Two sessions of silent meditation of around 25 minutes each

Concluding with a group recitation of the prayer of the Four Immeasurable Thoughts: limitless love, boundless compassion, sympathetic joy and those three offered to all indiscriminately, equally.
Each class is self-contained so you can come to any class. It is not necessary to have attended the earlier classes.
INFO The class is suitable for going further with the meditation study. People of any faith or background are welcome.
Silent Meditation is facilitated by Alison Wertheimer, a long-standing student and volunteer at Jamyang.

-Voluntary donation. No-one will be turned away due the lack of funds
