This retreat is located in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Arnside and Silverdale are right on the coast with views of the Lake District mountains. The environs of the retreat center are quite simply stunning.
The retreat center itself is a huge Victorian house, newly refurbished to a beautiful standard. The bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable and there are 5 bathrooms in total.
The aim of the retreat is to use the beauty of nature combined with an intensive meditation schedule tio achieve a blissful state of inner peace by the time you leave.

Katherine has been running Meditate With Horses for 11 years. She is an author and has also published a faciliator course in equine therapy. This work has taken Katherine across continents as she now runs retreats in Europe, Nepal and South America, using her horse connection work combined with riding in the mountains and free-spirit, wild living.

Katherine has a rescue centre for horses in The Lake District where she rehabilitates horses and people using the Meditation Method but also runs retreats and workshops around the circumference of Greater London.
