Step into the stillness of Silent Valley Nature Reserve on this gentle 4.8 km guided wellbeing walk through a landscape once marked by coal mining, now reborn as a sanctuary for wildlife and a place of peace and reflection.
Led by The Wellsynergy Project CIC, with support from ROC Adventure, this walk invites you to slow down and connect with the land, with local stories of resilience and with your own sense of presence and wellbeing. Together, we’ll explore how nature quietly reclaims, heals and inspires.
