What level are these classes?

These are GENERAL classes for those who have prior experience and are able to dance at an active pace. You will need an understanding of ballet technique and movements - although gentler options will always be offered!  These 5 classes are a good option for Experienced Swans.

What will the class consist of?

After a general fun warm up to get the heart and body ready for a pressure free class, we will have a good workout through a set of traditional ballet barre exercises. In the centre we will explore a variety of poets de bras, adaga and allegro movements, and build up a ballet dance over the 5 days.

How do I book and pay?

Reserve your place here. You will then receive an email with payment details, after which you will have 48 hours to pay the fee of £90.00. Delayed payment will mean your space is released to general sale again.

What days is this on? 4 or 5 days?

Originally I was told I couldn't have the studio on Tuesday, so it was a 4 day course. Good news - the studio is now available and the course has been extended to the full week.
