These are steady classes for those who like to go at a gentle pace. Whether you need more care with your balance, more explanation of the actions, more time to execute the movements or just a calmer pace, these classes will be a great option for Silver  Swans!

How much experience do I need?

These classes are not aimed at total beginners - it is hoped you have some understanding of basic ballet. However, they will be delivered at a calm pace with explanations of the movements and techniques required. There will be lots of options to ease and adapt anything too challenging!

What will the class consist of?

After a general fun warm up to get the heart and body ready for a pressure free class, we will spend the majority of the time dancing through a traditional ballet barre. In the centre we will explore Ports De Bras ("carriage of the arms") and learn a short ballet dance sequence.

On what days does this course run?

This is a 5 day course running on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. However, each day will be 'self  contained' with a new dance sequence each day. There is another 'event' listed if you would just like to book single day/s

How do I book and pay?

Reserve your place here. You will then receive an email with payment details, after which you will have 48 hours to pay the fee of £60.00. Delayed payment will mean your space may be released to general sale again.
