Simple & LEAN is for people that want to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. What is different about what we do is that not only you get 1 hell of a workout, but you have FUN 2! Everything we do is Simple & Lean!!!
So the program for the day is:
11am -12pm: we do CobraFit, a HIIRT workout!!!! burns 1000 calories per class.
- 90mins of weight training
- 10k run
- 20 mins interval run
- Afterburn for the next 38 hrs.
12pm - 12:30pm: kickboxing / football training, pick your vafourite.
Meeting point: football pitch at Mildmay road.
The workout is FREE. Energy Tea and Recovery shakes are both £3, they are a must for the workout.
