Join us for an exciting in-person event, the Simulation Instructor Course - Level 1, taking place on Tue Nov 4th and Wed Nov 5th 2025, at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, Centre for Clinical Practice. This course is designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to become an effective simulation instructor. Whether you're new to simulation or looking to enhance your teaching abilities, this course is perfect for you.

During this comprehensive training, you'll learn the fundamentals of simulation-based education, including scenario design, debriefing techniques, and facilitation skills. Our expert instructors will guide you through interactive workshops and hands-on activities, ensuring an engaging and immersive learning experience.

By the end of the course, you will have learned:

• Provision of a safe learning environment, Promotion of equity, diversity and inclusion - -within the design and delivery of simulation

• Competency in debriefing

• Application of relevant up to date Human Factors and Ergonomics knowledge

• Apply appropriate simulation modalities, educational theory to simulation design and delivery

• Assessment of effectiveness of Simulation training
