For the 20 artists currently in residence across Sarabande’s studios in Haggerston and Tottenham, Sincerely, represents the culmination of their time at the Foundation. Over the past year, each artist has delved deeper, immersing themselves in their craft; their final pieces reflect hours of experimentation and research.

Spanning six weeks, two groups of artists will exhibit across two group shows, presenting different versions of Sincerely,. The first part “To:” will run from July 31st to August 15th, followed by the second “From:”, taking place from August 19th to September 5th.

Sincerely, is a letter incomplete. The dialogue of this exhibition unfolds without a script and is rather written in real time - between the works during a transient moment of togetherness.

The two parts are a living correspondence, linking the artists and their works across time. In Sincerely, writing is not confined to language; it is drawn, carved, cast, embroidered, projected and suspended. These gestures form a visual letter that is intimate yet bold in its subtlety.

Sincerely, is not an ending, but rather a letter that is still being written, a conversation still unfolding.

PART 1 will see works from Natalia Triantafylli, Shannon Swinburn, Shan Hua, Daniel Rey, Christian Hiadzi, Cherry Song, Helena Lacy, Adele Brydges, Françoise and Fredrik Tjærandsen.

PART 2 will include works from Giulia Grillo, Camila Barvo, Beverley Duckworth, Jennifer Jones, Jan Urant, Tom Hemingway, Salvatore Pione, Lucy Ellerton, Yijia Wu and Bex Massey.
