This month, we will be singing Abba songs!
Singing is really good for you. It improves your mood and gives you a feeling of energy. But singing as part of a group is even better! It helps bring communities together and improves mental health and happiness.
Concept: Sing Out Sunday is all about bringing people together to share the joy of singing in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Led by the vibrant Sarah Morris, each session invites everyone - whether you’re a seasoned singer or just love to sing along - to join in on familiar, feel-good songs. It’s a morning of community, laughter, and music, with the added bonus of coffee, cake, and breakfast.
About Sarah: Sarah Morris is a professional singer and vocal coach with over a decade of experience helping people find the joy, confidence, and power of their own voice. Through her business, Sing with Sarah, she guides singers of all levels, whether in private lessons, choirs, or group workshops. Sarah leads her own harmony group, and delivers workplace wellbeing sessions.
Passionate about the therapeutic power of singing, she works closely with people living with Parkinson’s and those recovering from strokes, using music to foster connection, healing, and joy.
When she’s not teaching or leading choirs, you can find Sarah performing professionally as “The Sound of Karen,” a tribute to Karen Carpenter.
