Help us to raise the roof off of the UK as we approach the holidays by singing lots of songs, have a dance and a boogie.

This year has been difficult and poor mental health is sadly increasing. Over the years, we have lost friends and loved ones to different Mental Health Illnesses. But, the one thing that will always have to remember them is music. Music helps to lift the spirit and keeps everyone going, even in the darkest of times. And this year has had some of the darkest times for some of the community. But, we can all unite by using our voices.

So, we are hosting a community sing a long session via zoom.

Singing holiday songs, learning a little dance routine and playing a few games. Happy for people to also play instruments and sing a song for us too!
