Singing and Music for Wellbeing - 2 Week Online Course
The course will take place online within two, two hour sessions which will be held on Thursday 25th of February (1pm-3pm) and Thursday 4th March (1pm-3pm)

Singing and Music for Well Being - Registration
In this course, learners will learn about the incredible instrument we have inside our bodies - our voice! Singing and music have been a fundamental aspect of every culture for thousands of years and offer so many benefits to health and well-being. This course is part of the Sing Yourself Happy! series focusing on how singing relates to the Five Ways to Wellbeing (Connect, Be Active, Keep Learning, Take Notice and Give). Learn to Unlock the Power of your Voice focuses on the impact of learning on your wellbeing.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
All of our courses are available to anyone over 16, please get in touch with us if you would like to attend courses and you are younger than 16, we may have other opportunities available in the near future.
Who is the course available too?
The course is available to anybody who lives or works in the Lancashire & South Cumbria area.
What will I need?
You will need a PC, laptop, tablet or phone with a camera.
