• Opening Singing Bowl Meditation immerse yourself in the resonance of the bowls and settle into sacred space
• Tibetan Singing Bowls explore their origins, symbolism, and how to play them effectively
• Crystal Singing Bowls learn their unique qualities and how to create single tones and chords
• Mallets & Technique discover the different types of mallets and how striking vs. “singing” changes the sound
• History & Traditions understand the cultural and spiritual background of both Tibetan and Crystal bowls

• Chalices as Sound Tools an introduction to their use and place in sound work
