What is your refund policy?

Although we will be sad not to see you there, we understand that sometimes plans change. Refunds will be offered for tickets up to 7 days before the event – please apply for this either through your account or by emailing contact@handsupfoundation.org.

Is the location wheelchair accessible?

Yes, step-free access is available by using the path to the west door of the church from the Elizabethan Gatehouse on West Smithfield.

Can I bring children to the event?

Yes, everyone is invited to the carol service!

Is food and drink available at the event?

Yes, mince pies and drinks will be served after the carol service, delicious Middle Eastern bowls will also be available for purchase from Toum & Tahini.

What time does the event begin?

Doors will open at 6pm and carols will begin at 6:30pm - we can't wait to see you there!
