What level are these classes?

These are STEADY classes for those who like to go at a gentle pace. Whether you need more care with your balance, more explanation of the actions, more time to execute the movements or just a calmer pace, these classes will be a great option for the Steadier Swans!

How much experience do I need?

These classes are not aimed at total beginners - it is hoped you have some understanding of basic ballet. However, they will be delivered at a calm pace with explanations of the movements and techniques required. There will be lots of options to ease and adapt anything too challenging!

What will the class consist of?

After a general fun warm up to get the heart and body ready for a pressure free class, we will spend the majority of the time dancing through a traditional ballet barre. In the centre we will explore Ports De Bras ("carriage of the arms") and build up a short ballet sequence over the 4 days.

On what days does this course run?

Accepted Answer

This is a 5 day course, running Monday to Friday. However, each day will be a 'fresh' class so if you cannot attend for the whole week, just chose the days that suit you!  Once capacity for any single day has been reached I will state that here.

How do I book and pay?

Reserve your place here. You will then receive an email with payment details, after which you will have 24 hours to pay the fee. Delayed payment will mean your space is released to general sale again.
