Unfortunately dogs are not allowed to watch the movie. Service dogs are obviously permitted and welcome.

Can I bring my own popcorn and Prosecco

Accepted Answer

Yes, your own refreshments are permitted. However we have Turtleshead Brewing Company
Craft Beers, cask ale, IPA Lager, Wine, Gin & Tonic, Aperol Spritz, Pims.  Cocktails  by Chester’s Cockertails! Coffee by Wave Coffee. 50% of sale of craft ales goes to cancer charity - so  drink beer  and do good!

Is food available to purchase?

We have an artisan Pizza Van, Graze boards by The Graze Cart & Co, Hotdogs, Burgers and of course ice cream! Also coffee Van by Wave Coffee, with hot drinks and sweet treats!

Where can I park

There is a small village hall car park. Then Parking is on an agricultural field - so please note any cars are parked at your own risk. The organisers take no responsibility for damage to  any vehicles.

Where do I sit?

Please bring your own camping chair, deckchair or picnic blanket. No seating is provided and we want you to be comfortable and enjoy this fabulous night!  As the ground may be damp, camping chair may be preferable.

What should I wear?

Please dress for the occasion! Wear your best ABBA costume, festival dress, Donna dungarees or whatever you wish.  The event is held on a field, so please wear appropriate footwear. Remember nights go cooler later, so you may wish to bring a blanket. We are manifesting for great sunny weather!

Will tickets be available on the day?

Unfortunately our tickets are strictly  limited, due to the field area available for seating to be arranged. So we are unable to accept ticket sales on the day.

Will vendors accept card or cash?

Accepted Answer

Please bring cash as well as cards. Some vendors will only accept cash and there is limited mobile signal for card payment. Cash is king and there is no cash machine in the vicinity.

Will there be any entertainment for children?

Accepted Answer

From 7pm until movie starts we will have children’s entertainment in the marquee. So relax and let Partyfriendz take over. The entertainment will end when the main event of Mamma Mia is due to start.

What do I bring?

Accepted Answer

Most important - yourself, blankets and chairs for you to sit on and be warm. A rain poncho or coat in circumstances of light rain. Please no umbrellas- so you don’t obstruct others view. Most important, be warm and comfortable. But dancing shoes (or wellies), glitter and sequins are encouraged!

What happens if it rains?

The event will go ahead whatever the weather - unless very high winds (> 25 mph). Then the cinema company (Skylight cinema) would cancel the event. We are unable to offer refunds. This is a fund raising event for our local gala, we are not a huge corporation. Please support us!

We may move event timings slightly. So please arrive in plenty of time in case we move the screening forward (gates open at 6:30).
