Goldsmiths Asia Centre, in collaboration with the Confucius Institute for Dance and Performance, will host an exciting Q&A session on May 30th from 6pm. This will be a rare opportunity to meet leading figures from some of China's most prestigious institutions and organisations in the fields of performing arts and culture, and have the chance to hear their personal experiences and knowledge of cross-cultural exchange through their individual case studies. Guests will also experience first hand the beauty and grace of traditional Chinese dance with live performances from Beijing Dance Academy professionals and dancers from the Chinese Juvenile Dance Troupe, along with a Martial Arts performance.

Chief delegates of the NGO, Chinese Culture Promotion Society, academic professors from the Chinese National Academy of Arts and Minzu University as well as former leading members of Beijing Dance Academy will be fielding questions from members of the public concerning Chinese performing arts and cross-culture exchanges, including Sino-European artistic interactions.

The evening will come to a close with complimentary refreshments and the chance to interact with the keynote speakers and other members of the audience in an informal setting.
