It gives us great pleasure to invite you to the annual 35th SIOE conference. We have an exciting programme planned that demonstrates the continuing evolution of Semiconductor Integrated OptoElectronics which will provide an informal atmosphere for the discussion of research within this area.

SIOE 2022 will welcome internationally renowned guest speakers delivering insightful talks on their area of expertise, complemented by subsequent sessions that will highlight new developments, novel materials and exciting research. We hope that you can join us for talks, posters and enlightening and thought provoking discussion sessions into the expanding area of research and applications of Semiconductor Integrated Optoelectronics.

The conference dinner will take place on the 13th of April at the historic Cardiff Castle and is included in the all tickets for the conference, with the exception of one day tickets. Additional tickets for the banquet can be purchased for additional guests and one day ticket holders.

All COVID guidelines and precautions will be adhered to ensure the safety of our delegates and speakers. In the event that the conference can not take place in person, the conference will be moved online.
