The Technique
Palette knife art is a painting technique where paint, typically acrylic, is applied to a canvas using a palette knife, rather than a brush, to create a textured, often impasto effect. The knife allows for thick applications of paint, creating a rich, textured surface. Palette knife painting is often used to create abstract or textured artworks.
