Is the event accessible?

Unfortunately, no. The event space for this fundraiser was very generously donated to us free of charge, and is upstairs in the venue. Regrettably, as the venue has no lift, this event is not accessible.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes. There is a car park directly outside the venue which is free to park in after 5:30pm until 8:45am. Please do not drink and drive. If you are planning to consume alcohol consider another method of transport to travel to/from the event.

Can I bring children?

No. This event is being held in a licensed premises  and we are therefore only able to welcome persons aged 18 years+.

Are drinks included in the ticket price?

No, however, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available at the venue and can be consumed during the event.

How much of the ticket price will be donated to charity?

Boozy Brushes have generously agreed to donate half of the ticket price for this event to Falkirk Food Train. The other half will be used to cover their operational costs, including art supplies. Food Train's Scottish Charity No. is 24843 and Scottish Company No. 158165.

What does the charity do?

Food Train is a registered charity & voluntary organisation who support older people throughout Scotland.  We provide grocery shopping deliveries 52 weeks of the year, as well as befriending, At Home and neighbourhood meal sharing services .

What will donations be used for?

Accepted Answer

Funds will go towards supporting things like buying new shopping boxes, subsidising our social outings, buying volunteer uniforms & fuel for our vans. Any money raised at this event will go directly to the Falkirk Food Train branch to support older people in the Falkirk area.
