What if the secret to thriving wasn’t adding more to your life but learning how to pause?

When: Sunday 21 September, 10am – 12 pm

Where: Dukes of West Barns, 5 Duke Street, Dunbar, EH42 1UR

Hosts: Erica Moore (eteaket tea and The Tea Mind) and Kirsty MacKellar (Sound Bath)

This two-hour immersive workshop offers a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself through the ancient wisdom of the Chinese Five Elements, tea and sound. As we transition from the Wood Element of Spring to the Fire Element of Summer, you’ll be gently guided to explore this shift within yourself.

Experience the power of mindful tea drinking and the deep calm of a sound bath designed to help you reset your nervous system and find balance.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Sip delicious healing teas aligned with each Element
  • Discover your personal tea Element and how it supports your wellbeing
  • Learn how to build short, intentional pauses into your daily routine
  • Practice a guided tea meditation to help you focus and feel grounded
  • Relax deeply with a soothing sound bath to promote rest and clarity

You’ll leave with a personalised tea routine that helps you pause, rebalance, and thrive, starting with the three mindful minutes it takes to brew your tea.

No prior experience is needed. A curiosity for tea and a yoga mat or blanket is all that’s required.

This workshop is for anyone looking to bring more presence, peace, and inspiration into their daily life. Join us and discover how something as simple as a cup of tea can change everything.

N.B Caffeine free teas available if preferred.

Organized by

eteaket was founded in 2008 when ex-lawyer Erica Moore followed her passion for tea and wellbeing. Inspired by the belief that we’re all meant to live with purpose, Erica created eteaket to help people connect, pause, and find joy in everyday moments through the power of proper leaf tea.

Today, we offer wellness programmes and events for corporate and private clients—including tea meditation, “Discover Your Element” sessions, and event catering with talks and group workshops. We also retail tea worldwide, run a thriving wholesale business, and you may have enjoyed our blends in your favourite café, bar, or workplace.

Erica is a Tea Professional with 15+ years of experience, a transformational coach, NLP Master Practitioner, Mental Health First Aider, trained Transcendental Meditator, and Reiki Practitioner. She’s also a Trustee of Health In Mind, an Ambassador for Women’s Enterprise Scotland, and leads our Cuppas for Causes charity work.

Her mission? To empower tea drinkers to live freely and happily—one cup at a time.
