What is the refund policy?

Refunds may be offered on a discretionary basis. Absolutely no refunds will be given within 2 weeks of the event although it may be possible to transfer your ticket to a different date.

Durrington-on-Sea train station is a stones throw away and the 10, 9 and Pulse buses stop nearby. If you chose to drive, there is a small carpark as well as free on-street parking.

Is the location wheelchair accessible?

Yes. It's all on ground level and there is a wheelchair-accessible toilet on site.

Can I bring children?

No. Due to the nature of the event and the venue's license, under-18s are not permitted to attend.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

No. The bar and the kitchen will be open for you to purchase your own, and a free glass of prosecco (or an alternative soft drink) will be given on arrival.
