In celebration of ADHD Awareness Month, this workshop is a space made with ADHD brains in mind. If you’re tired of sitting still but crave a calm, creative outlet, this is for you.
Built by someone who is ADHD diagnosed and has tried countless self regulation tools, this session leans into hyperfocus, tactile play and quick wins so your nervous system can settle while your hands make something joyful.
We will sculpt soft sensory soothing polymer clay into your own incense holder. Quirky gentle colourful fluid or anything your brain wants. No pressure no perfectionism no masking.
