Join us at Creative Bloc for a chill Friday evening of ceramic sculpting. Grab your friends or make some new ones! bring along some drinks** and enjoy a night of crafting and relaxation. This is a great opportunity to unwind from the week and get in touch with your creative side.
You will learn some beginner pottery hand-sculpting techniques and design your own ornamental collection of mini bothies.
No experience necessary - we will guide you through the process step by step and give you tips on carving and creating textures to help you along. You will be able to make 3-5 wee hooses on the night and decorate them with underglazes. Your pieces will then be left at the studio to be fired and glazed by studio technicians, ready for you to collect in approx 2 weeks.
Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting a little messy (the clay will wash out) or bring an apron if you prefer.
** No corkage fee. If your favourite drink is a cup of tea that's okay too, we'll have plenty for you at the studio :)
