The distillery doors are now open every 2nd & 3rd Saturday of the month from 12-6pm for the Sip & Shop Sessions at The Chalk House!

Join us for a relaxing afternoon, sipping on delicious drinks & refilling your spirits (bottles & soul!). Don't forget to bring your empties along to The Refillery for a top up (£5 off per refill)*. Good for the planet & your wallet! All while enjoying a refreshing beverage or two at The Knuckerhole Bar from our menu of seasonal craft cocktails & mocktails.

Apparently some people don't actually like gin... I know! But don't be ashamed to bring them along anyway. 😉 Our bar is also fully stocked with locally produced wines, spirits, beers & ciders. Including greatno & low options and some delicious drops from further afield that share our passion for wild & foraged flavours.

*We can only refill original Slake bottles like for like! Please, bring the bottles back in the condition you would like them to be refilled & do not rinse the bottles out with water unless immediately prior to refilling (the alcohol residue will typically prevent any bacterial growth).

Frequently asked questions

Is there parking on site?

There is limited parking available on site, but we encourage visitors to travel by public transport where possible as this helps us to prioritise parking for customer collections & those with access requirements.

Are dogs allowed?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the distillery operations such as bottling, we can not allow dogs on site. If you require a support dog for your visit, please get in touch with us so we can accomodate you.

Is the distillery accessible?

The distillery & Knuckerhole Bar are situated on the groundfloor and are accessible by wheelchair. However, the Granary Room upstairs is unfortunately not accessible by wheelchair. There is onsite parking available and prioritised for anyone with access requirements. Please, contact us for more info
