What level of participation is required of me during this session?

This is an inward journey with an invite into full presence, an eyes closed engagement is encouraged throughout the session.

If I haven't drank Ceremonial Cacao before, can I join this session?

Absolutely. All experience and abilities are welcome! We encourage you to tune into what your body needs on the day. If you are new to Ceremonial Cacao, the journey will be gently guided throughout.

I have dietary requirements, will I be able to drink the Ceremonial Cacao?

I lovingly prepare our Ceremonial Cacao drink with filtered water, gluten and dairy free Ceremonial Cacao from Peru, coconut milk, ground cinnamon and organic honey. If you have any allergies or further questions please email me directly: soulwithstacey@gmail.com

I'd love to join this session, however I am not able to drink Ceremonial Cacao due to SSRI's?

There are certain SSRI's or heavy medications where it is not advised to drink Ceremonial Cacao. No problem at all, please email me directly a few days before the event and I will prepare a yummy heart opening herbal tea blend for you as an alternative.
