Sister Tribe Empowerment Circle
This circle experience is for women who are looking to deepen their connection with themselves, their life and their sisters and have a lot fun in the process!
In this unique experience, there will be a set structure to open and close the circle and in- between, I will catalyse my years of experience facilitating circles, with whatever is presented in the moment through the wisdom of the circle.
The space will be held safely and gently to allow each of us to truly relax, come into the moment, drop into our bodies and begin to experience ourselves and each other on a deeper, more authentic level.
Using different tools as the moment requires, participants will have the opportunity to express and be witnessed in their gifts, honour each other in the circle, experience the healing power of the sister tribe and express parts of themselves that long to be seen, heard and felt.

A little about us...
Miriam Garner
I've been on my awakening journey for over 20 years and in 2011 discovered the powerful Heart IQ embodiment and circle method and knew this was my path! I trained as a HeartIQ coach and circle facilitator in 2015 and have been running physical circles, online journey's and 1-1 coaching since then. I'm especially passionate about catalysing the emerging 'feminine way' in the offering of HeartIQ women's circles. I met the amazing Chloe Swann last year and finding we had such aligned visions, we knew we were meant to work together!

Over the last few years I’ve experienced an incredible spiritual awakening journey and now I am stepping into my leadership and following my passion to support and uplift people. I empower individuals to tap into their inner wisdom, gain clarity, confidence, self-belief and align with their true purpose to reach their full potential. I'm extremely excited to be supporting Miriam in these Heart IQ circles and can’t wait to see what we build together from here!

Frequently asked questions
Absolutely! It takes courage to step into something new for the first time. The circles tend to have a mixture of those coming for the first time and those returning. One of the consistent comments we get from those who came for the first time is how welcoming, friendly and safe they found it.
Nothing, however there are some comfort things you might want to consider. Wearing layers is advised to manage temperature. We'll be sitting on cushions - if you need extra support and have a support cushion, do bring that. There are also chairs available if needed. A bottle of water if you like..
It would be great if you could email one of us (miriamgarner15@gmail.com / chloejjswann@outlook.com) with the name of the person who is having the second ticket which will enable us to complete our attendee list and know who to expect on the day.
If you can arrive 10 minutes early so we can have a cup of tea and meet each other before we start that would be great. Please don't arrive earlier than 10 minutes though as we'll be busy setting up the space :)
Yes - Space to Move has it's own parking spaces in front of the venue (they are labelled). As well as those, there are free parking spaces opposite Tesco - as you turn left onto Mount Wise Crescent, turn left again.
