Whatever you do for work, you never know where a chance conversation can take you and it always helps to have a super supportive community around you.

The sistr coffee morning is fast building a reputation for bringing women from all over the shop together with one goal in mind - supporting each other. That pretty much sums up what the sistr community is all about. It's an open session where you can ask for some help if you need it, offer some help, share your stories, get inspiration from each other, make some friends and re-charge your batteries with some good chat and a laugh thrown in as standard.

It doesn't matter if you're a career girl, a business owner, a leader, a follower, not currently working or not quite sure what you're doing at the moment. You have skills, talents and knowledge that can help your sistrs and they have the same to share with you!

Our super sistr Ann will be giving us some tips on how to design our best lives and the factors that can influence our personalities that we can choose to keep or develop with a bit of guidance.
