Step Change in Safety was formed in 1997.

We are a member-led, not-for-profit, tripartite organisation which works to ‘Prevent Incidents and Injuries across the Energy Industry’, through active leadership, member collaboration and workforce engagement.

Workforce health and safety always comes first; it is the bedrock of our organisation and what shapes our goals.
