About this event

About the Project:

The development at 2 Grand Canal Quay, Dublin 2 involves the construction of an 8 to 15-storey commercial building over a single basement level, with a total gross area of in excess of 150,000 sqft.

The basement level will include car parking, bicycle parking, staff facilities such as changing rooms and showers, bin storage, a set-down area, and plant equipment. The ground floor will feature a publicly accessible café, reception area, staff and customer facilities, office spaces, an ESB sub-station, and plant rooms.Upper floors, from the first to the fourteenth level, will contain office spaces with staff facilities, lift cores, and stairwells serving each floor.

Meeting Location: To be Confirmed

PPE Required: safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses, and high-visibility vest or jacket
