Forming part of the next phase of the wider masterplan vision for the regeneration of Newton Abbot town centre, the Market Hall refurbishment project, once completed will feature a vibrant mix of retail, food and event spaces. The proposal aims to be an asset to the built environment, address the functional requirements of the brief and sensitively restore the original listed building’s architecture, breathing new life to the built environment of Newton Abbot.
SWWIC invite you to join us in a site visit of the on going works to experience first hand the transformation of this historic building and see up close how the Grade II listed hall is being revitalised to feature a dynamic mix of retail shops, a fresh food hall, street food vendors, a bar, café, and flexible event spaces, all designed to foster community, support local businesses, and enhance Newton Abbot’s appeal as a destination for shopping, socialising, and entertainment.
