About this Event

Session 2 - 13.00pm- 14.00pm

Running on Thursday 13th May 2021, we’ll be exploring mental health, mental illness and situational anxiety, which is a heightened concern during this pandemic.

We’ll explore situational anxiety and how this is different from other forms of anxiety occurring when we are faced with unfamiliar or challenging situation in which our emotions may overtake our rational response.

Situational anxiety can cause both a mind and body response and we’ll be looking at why this happens, some of the common symptoms and some helpful tips on how to manage.

This session is aimed at senior leaders and managers in HR, D&I and Talent Management who are considering beginning or extending their workplace mental health programme to bring behavioural change.
