Event Details

We are delighted to once again to join CIMA in providing a joint event for our local members.

Mark Sheasby leads his audience through a serious of compelling, entertaining and often humorous experiences. These include real life and death examples, simple exercises and illustrations that bring to life an understanding of the subconscious mind, how it affects our day to day actions and limits or optimises our performance under pressure.

Mark has developed techniques for influence and performance under pressure whilst working as a firearms commander for hostage/siege interventions and training police negotiators to influence at a subconscious level.

Delegates will be introduced to how to use this knowledge to optimise their own performance and to ethically influence others towards their own outcomes.
