Hello,
Starting 2022 with a sparkle of joy and a dash of inspiration, I am offering a 6 week course on HAPPINESS , with each week focusing on different stages inspired by the incredible teachings of kundalini yoga, and by nuggets I've gathered on my 20something years journey of practising, researching and sharing spiritual teachings. The secret is always in the journey, in the "becoming".
I say 'becoming' because I have come to realise there simply is no end/arrival point...there is no big "Ta da" moment of "thats it! I've got it all sorted, now my life is complete!", but instead there are lots and lots of epic adventures, twists and turns, ebbs and flows, magical stories, life-changing relationships, quiet times, busy times, mega challenges, new opportunities, wild experiences, strange synchronicities, and of course awesome (and not so awesome) people coming in and out of our lives to teach us things as our journeys unfold.
We evolve, we grow, we laugh, we love, we fail, we cry, we suffer, we heal, and we keep putting one foot infront of the other. We learn to accept and embrace it all and come to recognise that through this bonkers journey called life we are learning different ways to navigate and perceive all the stars and storms we meet along the way.
So, I will be sharing a philosophy of HAPPINESS rooted in radical self-care, gratitude, self-enquirey, trust, and living authentically - where clear and heart-felt intentions lead to positive, purposeful actions and conscious choices that set wheels in motion to benefit us individually, and as a collective.
In this course we will be unpacking and re-evaluating our mindset, conditioning, expectations and assumptions about what "happiness" looks and feels like, and how to create and experience more of it!
This is a holistic yogic practise suitable for all ages and levels of experience, and you can expect plenty of moving, shaking, balancing, stretching, working with the breath, chanting, singing, sounding, resting, meditating and reflecting - journalling is very much encouraged.

Please Bring:
- yoga mat, blanket, cushion, water, flask of herbal tea, and fluffy socks :)
Good to Know:
- Suitable for both beginners and those with experience.
- Only 5 places per class (due to spacing for latest COVID regs).
- Block booking £72 for 6 classes (1/week), or £15 per class (subject to space)
- Book your preferred class: the class is repeated Wed 9.30am, Friday 9.30am and Sunday 4pm. If you need to swap an occassional day, that's fine subject to space.
- A recording will be avaiable for you for the week should you miss an in-person class.
- Should you feel unwell, test positive, or be in contact with anyone with COVID19 please stay at home- a recording of the class will be sent to you.
- Should there be a lockdown, you can either attend the Monday eve LIVE Zoom class 7-8pm, and/or receive the recording to watch at a time fo your choosing.
