Join us for these six weeks of intermediate mindfulness sessions. This involves deeply soothing relaxation and mindfulness class that harnesses the power of sound baths to guide you into a meditative state, with Fiona Bawn from Empower Wellness.

Using a range of calming instruments, such as crystal singing bowls and gongs, the class promotes stress relief, inner calm, and mental clarity. The gentle waves of sound invite you to relax fully, quiet your mind, and restore balance to your body and spirit.
