Description

Solihull Well-being Clinic is running a six-week mindfulness and relaxation course February - March 2018, focusing on mindfulness-based self-help and relaxation techniques which aim to reduce stress, anxiety, improve mood, and increase a sense of well-being.

Mindfulness teaches us to focus our attention and center ourselves in the present moment.

The course will be run over a period of six weeks on Monday evenings, from 18:30 - 19:30 at the clinic. The following course dates are:

1) Monday 19th February, 18:30-19:30

2) Monday 26th February, 18:30-19:30

3) Monday 5th March, 18:30-19:30

4) Monday 12th March, 18:30-19:30

5) Monday 19th March, 18:30-19:30

6) Monday 26th March, 18:30-19:30
