As a beginner on the path of mindfulness, this six week course is an excellent opportunity to understand, practice and get a small flavor of mindfulness training and approaches before you embark on the systematic long foundation training. This pre-foundation course will prepare you well with weekly light weight approach to mindfulness meditation and kindness. You can then go on to sign up for the more in-depth training. The course consists of :
- 6 weekly sessions of two hours,
- Mindful communication within the group,
- Regular mindfulness practice,
- Course manual for guidance
Costs: £130 (£50 Deposit and £80 to be paid on Week I)

Mindfulness six week course, offered mainly in Edinburgh, will prepare you well with weekly light weight approach to mindfulness meditation and kindness. You can then go on to sign up for the more indepth training in the eight weeks course.
