Join me in Harrogate for relaxing Thursday evening gatherings designed to help you pause, reconnect, and reset before the new year.

Each 45-minute session blends calming breathwork, guided visualisation, and gentle body awareness — with soft lighting, warm scents, and grounding affirmations to complete the experience. Think self-development but slower, gentler, and more beautiful.

Each week we explore a new intention — from letting go and self-acceptance to gratitude and manifestation. You’ll leave feeling clear, centred, and re-energised — a little more you each time. Perfect for anyone who’s ready to slow down, fill their own cup, and feel more aligned.
