Sixth Form Open Evening 2025

Considering your post-16 options? Our Sixth Form Open Evening on Thursday 16th October 2025 from 5:30pm - 8pm is the perfect opportunity to discover how we can help you achieve your academic and personal aspirations. 

This event is ideal for Year 11 students and their families, who are considering joining our Sixth Form in September 2026.

Join us to explore our vibrant Sixth Form, discover our diverse course offerings, speak with current students and staff about life in our Sixth Form and learn how we can help you achieve your ambitions.

During the evening, you'll have the chance to:

Meet our Dedicated Teachers: Speak directly with subject specialists about the courses that interest you.

Hear from the Headteacher: Gain insights into our vision and values during a presentation, which will be held at 6:00 pm and repeated at 7:00 pm.

Explore Our Facilities: Take a tour of our dedicated Sixth Form common rooms, study areas and specialist classrooms.

Hear from Current Students: Gain genuine insights into student life, our specialist tutor programme, extracurricular activities, and the support available.

Understand Our Curriculum: Learn about our wide range of A-Levels, BTECs and AAQs and how they can lead to university or exciting career paths.

Discover Our Support System: Learn about our comprehensive career guidance, university application support and pastoral care.

The event offers an invaluable opportunity for prospective students and their families to gather all the necessary information to make an informed decision about their future.

Booking your free ticket 

To ensure an excellent experience for everyone, we've set specific arrival times. Please book the slot that best suits your arrival.

You only need to book one ticket per family. Don't worry if you arrive outside your allocated time; our staff will warmly welcome you upon arrival. The event is free to attend.

We highly recommend booking an arrival slot that aligns with the Headteacher's welcome talk. This will give you ample time to explore the Academy and speak with staff and students after the talk, ensuring you don't miss out on any valuable information.

Please have your event booking QR code to hand when you arrive, as we will scan it upon your arrival at reception. 

Parking

On-site parking is available but may be limited. We'll do our best to accommodate all vehicles, but some on-street parking may be necessary.
